Wellington College is located in the St. James neighborhood of Winnipeg, a few blocks west of the city’s busiest shopping centre, Polo Park. Opened in 2005, the new facility is a busy blend of study and social life. Because of the small class sizes and intense programming, students get to know their instructors and each other on a personal level. This family-like atmosphere is nurtured because college friendships can help sustain success in one’s professional life.

Life at the College centers around the student lounge. Between classes and after a long hard day of lectures and practical application, students meet to unwind and socialize. Throughout the year, a dynamic Student Representative Council (SRC) speaks for students and their concerns, and plans and coordinates fun and meaningful social events. Through the shared challenges of learning new skills and building a career, students develop an enduring connection to Wellington College. Upon graduation, they become alumni of Wellington College, a caring institution with a heritage of preparing exceptional therapists for the world of massage therapy.
